Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with Deputy Team Leader 80 - 100% (Fürstenau)

• You work closely with the team leadership and reliably take over the leadership in their absence
• You organise and coordinate the varied nursing daily routine in a residential group for people with dementia – and bear the daily responsibility
• You actively plan, control and develop the nursing process and are supported by experienced nursing experts
• You conduct interprofessional ward rounds, round table discussions and coordination meetings and contribute your expertise 
• You competently and committedly accompany and support trainees and students in their development
• You work closely with our RAI expert team and ensure a high quality of nursing care

• You hold a diploma recognised in Switzerland as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• You bring sound specialist knowledge and enjoy developing yourself professionally and personally
• You appreciate a varied working day and can organise your tasks in a structured and efficient manner thanks to your organisational talent
• You are passionate both about relationship work with our residents and about medical-technical activities
• The nursing process is central to you – and you are keen to actively contribute to its further development
• With your empathy, commitment and sensitivity for people, you make a difference
