Maintenance Mechanic

For our Bern location, we are looking for a

Maintenance Mechanic

Your tasks:

• Ensuring preventive maintenance, upkeep, and repair of production equipment

• Supply facilities and technical systems in compliance with specified standards

• Adherence to company and regulatory requirements for quality and safety to ensure the reliability of equipment and systems

• Participation in projects or initiatives for continuous improvement of equipment, systems, and internal processes

• Coordination and supervision of external service providers during revision work

• Besides our modular shift model (mainly regular shifts, depending on the schedule early, late, and night shifts), working hours can mostly be planned flexibly

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a mechanic or a comparable technical training in maintenance, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or food industry

• Experience with MS Office; English skills are an advantage

• User knowledge of electronic maintenance software or willingness to learn it

• High sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and a structured, reliable, and clean working style
