Coordination role with responsibility for own areas of work

Your tasks
- Support and collaborate in the area of finance and accounting
- Assist with financial statements and budgeting as well as liquidity management
- Key user for Abacus and support with projects and administrative tasks
- Independently manage and administer rental properties
- Coordinate maintenance, conversion and renovation projects including contract and damage management
Your profile
- Commercial basic training
- Further training in finance and accounting and/or property management as well as several years of professional experience in financial accounting, property management or a comparable field
- MS Office skills and Abacus knowledge are an advantage
- Confident handling of accounting and IT systems
- Independent, reliable and service-oriented personality with precise, structured and efficient working methods
- Enjoy working with numbers, a varied role and collaborating with different departments
- Analytical thinking and a strong accounting flair
- German: confident (C2)
