We are looking for a sales-strong, innovative and committed personality by agreement for the position
Management 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks:
· Personnel, organisational and professional management of the company with approx. 20 employees at two locations – Brunegg AG and Mettmenstetten ZH
· Active customer acquisition, sales and consulting in the field service including cross selling
· Acquisition and support of strategic partners and customers including promotion of the image
· Development of new business areas as well as market research for new services
· Budgeting, measures and action planning to achieve company goals
· Ensuring order processing, quality assurance and full utilisation of the locations
· Evaluation of further strategic locations
Your profile
· Solid leadership and sales skills with several years of experience in similar functions
· Strong abilities in customer acquisition
· Sound knowledge of the logistics industry with a good network
· Relevant university or university of applied sciences degree
· Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
