In a context of strong growth and to maintain our standards of excellence, we are strengthening our teams by recruiting an Automation and Continuous Improvement Technician M/F for one of our Manufacturing Units located in Sonceboz-Sombeval.
Specialized in the production of high-precision technical plastic components, our unit is looking for a collaborator capable of actively contributing to the performance and optimization of our automated cells.
At the heart of our industrial performance, you lead and deploy continuous improvement actions to optimize our equipment and processes. You also ensure the reliability and evolution of our automated installations, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous innovation.
Your main tasks
- Diagnose malfunctions and lead corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automated cells (OEE, quality, safety).
- Integrate necessary modifications to stabilize the process.
- Design and integrate additional stations on automated cells (mechanical & automation).
- Program the control means under your responsibility and define additional controls.
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and quality (QRQC, training).
- Support teams during the start-up of new processes.
- Deploy security measures to follow up on customer feedback and qualify associated solutions.
- Train production teams on automated means.
With a Bachelor, License, or ES Technician degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in an automated industrial environment (production, industrialization, process).
