For our planing mill at the Haltikon site in Küssnacht am Rigi, we are looking for an independent, reliable and qualified individual as a department manager who takes responsibility for their tasks.

Your main duties are

• Organisation of production and surface treatment processes
• Production planning
• Procurement of raw materials and services
• Leading the production team
• Supporting sales with technical matters

You bring with you

• Good knowledge of wood
• Experience in the wood industry or timber construction
• Leadership experience
• Experience with surface treatments is advantageous
