To strengthen our team, we are looking by arrangement for a
Your tasks
- You accompany and empower a team of employees with disabilities and support participation and involvement in the work process
- You develop individual target and action plans for people with disabilities and support their implementation including documentation in the client information system
- You promote team development and support employees in their personal and professional development.
- You ensure the smooth implementation of production orders as well as compliance with GMP and hygiene guidelines
- You support the optimisation of work processes and actively participate in projects
Your profile
- Completed vocational training with EFZ
- Experience in the social or work agogic environment is an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with people and interest in accompanying people with disabilities in the work process
- Interest in familiarising yourself with a regulated (GMP) production environment – experience in a production-related area (e.g. pharma, medical technology, life sciences or comparable) is an advantage but not a requirement
- A motivating, patient, open and resilient personality with a structured way of working
- Good IT skills and very good German language skills; willingness to familiarise yourself with SAP
