We are looking for a motivated
Sales Manager / Member of the Extended Executive Board 100%
with solid experience in the automotive industry
To complement our management team, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded personality with solid practical experience in the automotive industry. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the sales and dispatch department and actively participating in the extended executive board. You will manage all sales processes organizationally, economically, and personally, lead your team with clear objectives, take over the recruitment of new employees, and conduct regular evaluations and employee discussions.
You will negotiate with importers and manufacturers, launch marketing measures such as mailings, promotions, and exhibitions, and ensure high customer satisfaction through targeted quality management. Personal support of key accounts as well as handling customer complaints also fall within your area of responsibility.
You bring several years of leadership experience in the automotive sector, ideally in a brand-responsible role, and convince with pronounced leadership qualities, entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and a confident, professional demeanor. Your affinity for IT topics, your communication skills, and your sensitivity to customer needs complete your profile.
