Our client is an established Swiss institution in the field of long-term care, specialising in the care of people with psychiatric illnesses. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Health Specialist 100%.

Health Specialist 100 (m/f/d)

- Supporting residents with psychiatric illnesses in daily life

- Individual co-design of the care process

- De-escalating support in challenging behaviour

- Implementation of nursing and medical measures

- Early detection of psychological and somatic changes

- Implementation of therapeutic concepts and daily structuring

- Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing professionals and doctors

- Ensuring precise documentation using easyDOK and RAI

- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ

- Experience in psychiatry required

- Resilience and independence in crisis situations

- Empathy and strong communication skills

- Respectful interaction and de-escalating communication

- Knowledge of easyDOK and RAI documentation

- Ability to detect early psychological and somatic changes
