Take responsibility, actively manage projects and make results visible: As a construction foreman/-woman in building construction, you accompany exciting new build, conversion and renovation projects in the area of master builder work from work preparation to successful completion. Become part of a well-rehearsed team with short decision-making paths – we look forward to you.
These are the tasks
- Independent planning and coordination of construction projects in the area of new build, conversion and renovation
- Responsibility for construction scheduling and work preparation
- Team leadership and deployment planning of site personnel
- Economic use of resources and continuous optimisation of processes
- Preparation of measurements, offers, calculations and billing
- Ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets
These are your skills and strengths
- Basic training as a bricklayer with a Federal VET Diploma (advantageous)
- Further training as a construction foreman or foreman – or the motivation to complete this
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of calculation and construction management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working method
- Leadership skills and team spirit
- Customer-oriented manner and assertiveness
