To support our Project & Process Management team, we are looking for a Project & Process Manager at our headquarters in Zurich, starting immediately or by arrangement.

- Project Governance and Transparency: You ensure clear and binding project governance, define uniform methods, roles and standards, and create a reliable basis for well-founded decisions through transparent planning, control and reporting.
- Project Implementation and Project Culture: You are responsible for the timely and cost-effective implementation of projects, actively manage resources, risks and dependencies, and promote a professional project culture.
- Change and Stakeholder Management: You professionally accompany organisational and process changes, ensure effective change and stakeholder management, and promote acceptance and sustainable implementation of changes.
- Process Optimisation: You systematically record, document and analyse processes and continuously optimise them so that they are comprehensible, efficient and aligned with strategic and operational requirements.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project or project portfolio management, ideally in a professional service environment
- Sound knowledge of common project management methods (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES or agile approaches); a corresponding certification is an advantage
- Experience in change and stakeholder management as well as in process analysis and optimisation
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness at all hierarchical levels
- Team-oriented, proactive personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Fluent German and very good English skills
