For an established organisation in the Swiss healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced individual as Controller 80-100%. The organisation is committed to healthcare provision and works closely with regional partners. You can expect a small finance and controlling team with diverse tasks and short decision-making paths. The temporary role is intended as a bridge and should be filled immediately (or by arrangement). The project is planned for a duration of around four to six months. The workplace is centrally located in the Bern area and is especially well accessible by public transport. 

Your tasks at the workplace:

• You prepare the cost and performance accounting and are responsible for meaningful reporting
• You analyse extensive financial and performance data and prepare the results as a basis for decision-making for various stakeholders
• You review the existing calculation and allocation logics of cost accounting and develop them purposefully
• You optimise existing controlling and BI tools and translate professional requirements into comprehensible key figures and evaluations
• As a contact person, you advise (decentralised) financial managers on questions regarding performance recording, financial accounting and cost accounting

You offer the company:

• You bring a business administration education with a focus on finance or controlling as well as several years of professional experience in controlling
• You have in-depth knowledge of cost and performance accounting as well as experience with complex data analyses
• Very good Excel skills and a high IT affinity are important; experience with BI applications is welcome
• Fluent German skills are essential; spoken French skills are an advantage
• With your independent, structured way of working and your reliable communication, you can also find your way around decentralised structures
