Together with our client, an established company in the technical services sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Financial Accountant 50–80%. The company stands for quality, modern work tools, short decision-making paths, and a collegial working environment. The workplace in the Olten area is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You are responsible for the general and subsidiary ledgers, as well as for the correct posting of all business transactions
• Independent payroll accounting for two departments as well as participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements are part of your duties
• You contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning and prepare financial reports, key figures, and evaluations for management
• You analyse variances, prepare VAT returns, and support the optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes

You offer your new employer

• You have a federal diploma in finance and accounting as well as several years of professional experience in accounting
• Experience in payroll accounting and good knowledge of social security are advantageous
• Good Excel skills, experience with Abacus, and very good German language skills are required
• An independent, structured way of working as well as a good understanding of numbers and enjoyment of teamwork characterise you
