CONSTRUCTION MANAGER RAIL CONSTRUCTION / INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION 80-100% - BERN

YOUR TASKS – PUTTING TECHNOLOGY INTO PRACTICE:

• Part of the local construction management for a major rail infrastructure project in the Bern area and support the implementation directly on site
• Coordination of work on the construction site and monitoring its professional execution.
• Keeping deadlines and contractual requirements in view and responsibility for approvals as well as warranty work
• Use of digital working methods such as "BIM2field" on the construction site and linking planning and execution
• Bringing experience from execution into planning and project management

YOUR PROFILE – TECHNICALLY SKILLED, PRACTICALLY ORIENTED:

• Training as a technician TS, civil engineer FH/ETH or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in construction management of infrastructure projects in Switzerland, ideally in rail construction
• Knowledge of the requirements of construction sites under rail operation as well as rail technology and rail safety
• Experience in planning and interest in the practical implementation of technical solutions
• Independent and reliable working style, customer-oriented thinking and taking responsibility
• Clear communication and enjoyment of teamwork
• Confident use of MS Office programmes; knowledge of "Messerli BAUAD" is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1), knowledge of English, French or Italian is an advantage
