R-Classics is a Swiss specialist for classic vehicles, youngtimers as well as selected luxury, high-end and special vehicles. At our location in the House of Legacy | Classic Car Centre Eastern Switzerland in St. Margrethen, we combine workshop, vehicle trade, storage, restoration projects and international vehicle logistics.

For the further expansion of our transport and logistics activities, we are looking for an experienced, independent and discreet personality.

Your tasks

• Carrying out national and international special vehicle transports in Switzerland, Europe and Great Britain
• Transports with our Service Ranger, consisting of Land Rover Defender and Moetefindt vehicle trailer, as well as with our Raceliner and the eActros tractor unit (40t combination)
• Independent loading and unloading as well as professional securing of high-quality customer, collector and motorsport vehicles
• Independent planning and coordination of transport orders while adhering to agreed deadlines
• Creation and management of all transport, export, import and customs documents
• Independent handling of customs clearance and, if necessary, Carnet ATA procedures
• Proactive coordination with customers, workshop, customs offices, freight forwarders and other partners
• Professional vehicle handovers and support of our predominantly private customers
• Organisation of vehicle registrations, transfers and other logistical processes
• Responsibility for the maintenance, inspection, cleanliness and operational readiness of the entire transport fleet
• Independent planning and coordination of maintenance, service, tyre and repair appointments for the internal fleet
• Management of relevant vehicle documents, inspections, insurances, vignettes and operating materials
• Logistical support at events, vehicle presentations and motorsport events

Your profile

• Valid driving licence category CE
• Several years of experience in driving trucks and vehicle combinations
• Experience with the transport and handling of high-quality or special vehicles
• Confident handling of independent loading and unloading as well as load securing
• Good knowledge in the creation of transport and customs documents
• Experience with international customs clearance and ideally with Carnet ATA
• Good technical understanding of vehicles and transport technology
• Independent, structured and proactive working style
• High sense of responsibility, reliability and discretion
• Flexibility for multi-day and international assignments
• Well-groomed appearance, very good manners and enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German and good English skills
