HR Consultant 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting managers in all personnel-related matters within the defined area of responsibility
- Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment to separation
- Applying your HR expertise appropriately in challenging conversations
- Maintaining and continuously updating personnel regulations according to legal and internal requirements
- Participating in HR projects
What distinguishes you:
- Completed basic training and further education in HR (e.g. Federal HR Specialist Certificate or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in healthcare
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as high advisory competence
- Quick comprehension with a networked way of thinking as well as a dynamic, flexible, and independent working style
- Your resilience helps you remain calm even in demanding situations
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (C2) and preferably good knowledge of another national language
- Willingness for occasional travel within Switzerland
