- Supporting managers and employees in various personnel matters.
- Leading, participating in, designing, and implementing personnel projects.
- Preparing documents on personnel topics for the management.
- Independently handling all administrative processes along the Employee Life Cycle.
- Conducting annual processes such as employee evaluations and budgeting.
- Job postings and recruitment of specialists for the entire city administration.
- Commercial basic training with a federal certificate (EFZ) and further education in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate).
- Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the public administration.
- Solid knowledge of Abacus and MS Office; experience with CMI or Refline is an advantage.
- A personality open to new things with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Responsible, natural, and resilient personality with humour and great commitment.
- Motivation for administrative tasks as well as process- and project-oriented topics.
