Your Tasks:
- You take on a central role in handling dunning and debt collection cases and conduct credit checks for new customers.
- You manage customer accounts, verify customer data, and handle customer complaints professionally and solution-oriented.
- In your position, you communicate in writing and by phone with our customers as well as with the debt collection offices.
- You are the contact person for questions regarding dunning – both in German and French.
- You create targeted evaluations and analyses in Excel to optimally support your tasks.
- As a trainer, you contribute to the supervision and training of a commercial apprentice and promote their development with your expertise and experience.
