• Leading, promoting and motivating the team in line with company strategy and goals
• Supporting the Head of Department E-IXL in strategic and operational matters
• Assisting project managers with complex technical issues
• Contributing to acquisition and tender preparation for E-IXL projects
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards, norms and quality requirements
• Active professional collaboration within the team and projects
• Representing the interests of the team towards management and internal stakeholders
• Promoting cross-departmental communication and collaboration

• Degree or comparable education in electrical engineering, computer science or systems engineering
• Several years of experience with safety-critical systems, preferably in the railway environment
• Leadership experience and competence in managing technical teams
• Knowledge of PLCs, networks, system architectures and interface management
• Knowledge of the application of CENELEC standards (EN 50126, EN 50129, EN 50716/50128) is an advantage
• Experience in complex technical projects and ideally in the E-IXL environment
• Very good German skills (C1), good English skills
• Analytical, quality-conscious and independent personality with high social competence and assertiveness
