We love personalities with character. Are you our new host in the event sector and share our enthusiasm for concerts as well as business dinners, conferences and cultural events? It doesn't get more varied than this.

To strengthen our F&B team, we are looking for a Supervisor Event Service (m/f/d) 60-100%. Please let us know your desired workload, as flexibility is our middle name.

Your mission

• You are the first point of contact for our event guests on site and ensure a warm welcome
• Together with your team, you ensure the smooth operational running of our events
• You are responsible for providing all necessary resources for successful occasions
• During the event, you take operational leadership of our service assistants and are the first point of contact for your team
• From preparation through the event to follow-up, you actively participate in the event service
• With your organisational talent and host personality, you ensure high guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally and solution-oriented
• Together with other departments, you contribute to smooth operational processes
• You take care of the maintenance of our inventory and furniture
• If needed, you support our teams in the Imi Bar and the Brasserie

What makes you stand out

• Completed training in hospitality and/or gastronomy or a comparable qualification
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Role model for employees and enjoyment in motivating and supporting a team
• Charm, social skills and natural warmth in dealing with guests, superiors and employees
• Organisational talent, initiative and a solution-oriented working style
• You keep an overview and work calmly and structured even during high guest volumes
• Independent working style, sense of responsibility and confident communication in German and English (French is an advantage)
• High flexibility, team spirit and commitment
