Systematic review and processing of all physical dossiers in the area of financing & mortgages

Electronic recording and management of documents in the Avaloq banking system

Preparation and optimization of scanning work (e.g., formatting to A4, removing paper clips)

Sorting out irrelevant physical documents and their proper destruction

Monitoring the entire process progress and ensuring compliance with quality standards

Detailed documentation of workflows according to internal work instructions

Precise and structured way of working

Ability to work independently and responsibly

High team and communication skills

Affinity for organizational and administrative tasks
