Welcome to Schlieren

At the Schlieren school, around 50 motivated care staff, together with 580 children, shape everyday life in the school’s supplementary care program. The children experience community and relationships with children and adults. They find time and space in play, shared meals, and activities to develop emotional and social skills appropriate to their age.
The care assistant supports the care teams during school hours from 11:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in their tasks with the school children. They share responsibility for the children’s leisure activities, preparation or cooking of healthy meals, and perform household tasks.
Starting August 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for several flexible, pedagogically suitable personalities for the Schlieren care team as

- Caring for a group of children in collaboration with the after-school care team
- Household tasks in the kitchen during care hours
