About the job

To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for experienced and motivated employees in

Day Reception/Cleaning 40-60%

In this role, you will look after the wet area, be the contact person for guests with questions about the Hammam tour, and take reservations for massage and cosmetic treatments. You are responsible for cleanliness and hygiene in the Hammam and for carrying out the basic cleaning throughout the entire facility. You will perform cleaning tasks carefully according to our ecological cleaning concept and assist in the laundry. You ensure a high level of service understanding and convey a culture of warmth and hospitality in dealing with people.

You place great importance on cleanliness and hygiene and handle high-quality and sensitive materials with care. You radiate joy in the host role, work independently, are flexible, and willing to work evenings and weekends. Experience with reservation systems is an advantage. Good German skills (level B1-2) are desirable due to contact with guests.
