Dispatcher for Transport / Logistics / Freight Forwarding (m/f/d) 100% D/E
Job Description· Organisation and freight forwarding handling of orders from the areas of air freight and road transport. Mainly goods from the areas of air freight replacement traffic and temperature-controlled transports, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
· Scheduling of vehicles and personnel
· Recording and processing of orders in the system
· Billing of orders
· Calculating and submitting quotes for ad-hoc orders
· Invoice control of purchased services
· Maintaining contact with customers in coordination and according to the instructions of the supervisor
· Acquisition of new customers
· Communication with drivers via info board or instructions (changes to documents, information, etc.)
· As fleet manager for the identification and deployment of pharmaceutical vehicles (supervisor of maintenance and validation)
Desired Profile· Completed training with a focus on transport / logistics / freight forwarding
· At least 5 years of professional experience in the transport / freight forwarding sector
· Very good IT skills
· Very good German skills in spoken and written form
· Very good English skills in spoken and written form
· Used to working independently
