What you do with us

Interface coordination between the field service and internal departments, especially marketing, planning, and finance
Coordination of various sales tasks for the field service and key account management (such as product planning, quotation management, etc.)
Creation of various reports, analyses, and simulations
Support of the Head of Sales and Key Account Management in daily business (such as creating presentations, appointment coordination, etc.)
Planning and organization of national meetings
Office management for the entire sales department

When you fit with us

Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
Three to five years of professional experience in a comparable function, experience in the consumer goods industry is an advantage
Team-oriented and open personality with a hands-on mentality and high service orientation
Flair for numbers and analytical thinking skills
Precise and structured way of working and keeping an overview in stressful situations
Very good SAP knowledge as well as an affinity for IT systems
Very good German and English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage
