Tasks

• Organisation and management of the construction store
• Receipt, inspection and storage of material deliveries
• Provision of building materials, tools and machines for the construction sites
• Material issue and return including inventory control
• Proper storage of construction, consumable and hazardous materials
• Inspection, cleaning and maintenance of tools and small equipment
• Carrying out minor repair and welding work
• Operation of industrial trucks
• Conducting regular inventories
• Reordering missing materials in consultation with purchasing and site management
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and occupational safety in the store.

Requirements

Experience in warehouse management, preferably in a construction company. Good knowledge of building materials, tools and construction machinery. Practical experience in welding and minor repair work. Craft and technical skills. Independent, reliable and well-organised working style. Physical resilience and willingness to get stuck in. Good German language skills. Driving licence category B. Forklift licence advantageous.
