HoReCa Sales Specialist 100% (m/f/d) - Central Plateau

Forno e Più GmbH, based in Brittnau, has specialised in the distribution of high-quality Italian premium food specialties for over 20 years. We supply customers from the gastronomy and hotel industry throughout Switzerland, placing great emphasis on quality, tradition, and innovation.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a HoReCa Sales Specialist 100% (m/f/d) from 1 December 2026 for the Basel to Bern region

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of HoReCa customers

• Development of existing customers

• Increase of strategic product groups including promotion of new products

• Product training at HoReCa customers

• Route planning and time management

• Participation in and organisation of in-house exhibitions, national & international trade fairs

• Market and competitor observation as well as analyses

• Weekly reporting to sales management and executive board

• Quarterly reporting – assessment of current business, planning of further sales strategies and revenue potentials in the area

• Expansion of the product range at the POS

• Implementation of marketing activities

• Implementation of group strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales in the food industry or comparable position

• Market and customer knowledge in the defined area

• High affinity for premium frozen products

• Strong sense for business development opportunities

• Strong implementation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality

• Very good German skills, basic knowledge of English and Italian advantageous

• High willingness to travel (including overnight stays and trade fairs at weekends)

• Independent working

• Regular attendance (9–12 times a year) at presence meetings at the head office in Brittnau

• Residence in the defined area

• Confident handling of IT tools (MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel)
