Sales Consultant / Call Agent Direct Marketing (Multimedia / Telecommunications / Consumer Electronics) 100%.Job Description- Ensure proactive customer contact for needs-oriented sales campaigns in the context of advertising measures
- Contact customers as part of sales activities for products and services
- Conduct high-quality sales conversations, analyse and forward the results of campaigns and market feedback based on an existing questionnaire
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales and quota targets
- Timely analysis and forwarding of campaign and market feedback
Your Goals
- Achieve high customer satisfaction.

Education:
- Initial experience and know-how in dealing with customers as well as a feel for sales.
Must-have Skills:
- Swiss German very good, and Italian or French C1 mandatory
- Good oral skills and expressiveness
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office

- Technical know-how
