Your Role

As the right hand of the Managing Director, you support and relieve them in operational, conceptual and strategic matters. You independently drive key projects forward, coordinate cross-departmental and cross-company issues, and act as a trusted interface within the group.

The position offers you a comprehensive insight into entrepreneurial decision-making processes and the opportunity to actively shape strategically relevant topics.

Your Tasks

• Support and relieve the Managing Director in day-to-day and special business
• Independent management of strategic and cross-departmental projects
• Coordination of central interfaces to the parent company as well as to national and international subsidiaries
• Trustful collaboration with management, executives and relevant stakeholders
• Participation in special projects, M&A activities, transformation processes and strategic realignments
• Identification, analysis and further development of potential and future topics
• Preparation, moderation and follow-up of management workshops
• Creation and preparation of decision-making bases, presentations and management information
• Support in prioritising management-relevant topics and email communication

Your Profile

• Completed technical or business studies
• Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic skills
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high standard of quality
• Professional experience in a dynamic and demanding environment is an advantage
• Confident use of Google Workspace and MS Office
• Fluent German and English
• High loyalty, discretion and trustworthiness
• Confident, diplomatic and committed manner
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong prioritisation and implementation skills
• Moderation experience is an advantage
