Brief & Concise

• Completed training in hospitality, management, or housekeeping
• Experience in a 5-star hotel and familiar with luxury standards
• Open to motivated graduates of training programmes
• Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping procedures and processes
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good English skills (additional languages advantageous)

Main Responsibilities

• Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
• Daily, detailed inspection of suites and rooms on assigned floors
• Introduction and training of staff regarding standards, thorough cleanliness, and workflows
• Supervision and control of housekeeping personnel
• Management of the daily turn-down service (evening turndown service)
• Allocation of amenities on the floors
• Allocation of cleaning and work materials for all employees
• Role model for subordinate staff
