- Technical leadership of a small milling team
- Ensuring smooth information flow between the team and supervisors
- Detailed planning and coordination of daily operations and resources
- Programming and setting up 3-axis CNC milling machines with Mastercam
- Monitoring manufacturing processes
- Ensuring quality standards
- Compliance with safety regulations
- Maintenance and care of the machines
- Completed technical training as a polymechanic EFZ or similar
- Several years of professional experience in CNC milling (tool/mould making)
- Confident handling of technical drawings
- Sound knowledge in programming and setting up machines with Mastercam
- Independent, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented working style
- Down-to-earth, team-oriented, and reliable personality
- Willingness to work shifts (if required)
