The Office for Information Technology (www.ai.llv.li) is the central IT service provider for the Liechtenstein national administration as well as the schools. We support the digitalisation of the administration with contemporary and modern solutions, which we realise and operate together with our more than 50 customers. For this purpose, we maintain a modern, redundant data centre and the hybrid infrastructure for around 6,500 computer workstations as well as for more than 300 specialised applications.

Job Description

You feel at home in the following areas of activity:

• Further development and operational responsibility of the assigned specialised applications
• Ensuring the availability of the assigned portfolio of specialised applications
• Providing 2nd level support for the assigned specialised applications
• Participation in application portfolio management
• Service manager in relation to assigned outsourcing partners

Qualifications

You are particularly characterised for this position by:

• Completed IT training, ideally with higher professional education (FH, HF)
• Several years of professional experience as an Application Manager
• Manufacturer-specific certified training is an advantage
• High affinity for using current AI tools such as Copilot as well as cloud-based solutions
