To expand our team, we are looking for a customer-oriented individual for our locations in St. Gallen and Horgen.

You will be responsible for

• In this versatile role, you will be the central contact person for selected customers in the area of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and take on 1st level support
• You will capture customer needs, design solutions, and implement them together with internal consultants and software engineers
• You will advise customers regarding their business processes
• You will act as project manager for upgrades and extensions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV / Business Central

Your skills

• Your experience includes a technical and/or business administration education. Ideally, you have already worked on ERP/IT projects
• You are a committed, loyal, and responsible person with above-average customer and project orientation
• You are familiar with the mechanisms around business applications and ideally have already gained a good understanding of business processes (business administration, logistics and/or production)
• You maintain a professional approach with customers, work in a structured and well-organised manner, and enjoy designing solutions
• Your analytical, conceptual, and methodological skills provide a valuable foundation for this role
