For the Specialist Unit Economic Assistance at the Social Centre Wipkingerplatz, we are looking for a motivated individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, limited until 31 December 2027.
Tasks
- You support the specialist unit in the creation and development of technical foundations and in the preparation of decision-making bases, technical information, reports and practical aids in the field of economic social assistance.
- You process assignments related to a new case management system and thus support citizen-centred, efficient and correct administrative action.
- You advise, with the support of your team colleagues, employees and management staff in maintaining and developing specialist knowledge, the quality of services and in implementing new requirements and guidelines.
- You assist in the planning and implementation of projects and participate in working groups and committees.
- You gain insight into the work and organisation of the largest social service in Switzerland and learn about the processes within a municipal administrative context.
Profile
- You hold a master’s degree in social, legal, economic or humanities sciences.
- You are interested in approaching tasks and projects interdisciplinarily and developing optimal solutions considering social policy, legal, business management and technical perspectives.
- You possess methodological skills for structured task processing.
- You enjoy project work and support the planning and implementation of projects.
- Very good oral and written communication skills as well as very good IT knowledge.
