You are an expert in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and are looking for a new challenge in construction management? For a leading company in Zurich, we are looking for a Construction Manager HVAC (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for the technical management and implementation of HVAC projects.

Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of HVAC projects on construction sites, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements for construction projects
- Responsibility for the installation work and commissioning of HVAC systems
- Close collaboration with architects, planners, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth construction processes
- Conducting site inspections and quality controls during and after the construction phase
- Preparation of reports and documentation on construction progress
- Support in offer preparation, cost calculation, and cost control
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards in the HVAC sector
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning or related trades, ideally with further training as a construction manager or technician
- Several years of professional experience in construction management of HVAC projects
- Sound knowledge of current technologies and regulations in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Experience in project management and handling planning tools and MS Office
- High level of organisational talent, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
