About the job
In this versatile role in finance and accounting, you will take on a central role in our accounts payable department. From checking and posting incoming invoices to daily payment runs, intercompany invoices, and maintaining creditor master data, you ensure reliable processing of our accounting procedures. You will work closely with internal contacts as well as our suppliers and actively contribute to daily business.
This is what you do...
- Independent handling of accounts payable including account assignment, allocation, and posting of incoming invoices in the SAP VIM workplace
- Preparation and execution of daily SAP payment runs
- Creation of intercompany invoices
- Handling dunning cases and serving as a competent contact person for suppliers and internal contacts
- Recording manual payment orders and transfers as well as maintaining liquidity planning
- Managing the central creditor mailboxes and processing SAP invoice validation
- Checking and opening creditor master data
- Reconciling the VAT deferral account and reviewing the corresponding VAT assessments
This is what you bring with you...
- Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in finance and accounting
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
- Good IT user skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Structured, independent, and precise working style
- Organisational talent as well as a reliable and responsible approach to work
- Communicative personality with a professional and discreet manner
