Cleaning & Maintenance Staff – AIRBNB / Service Apartments and Rental Flats 40-60%

Your Tasks

· Cleaning and maintenance of AIRBNB flats and service apartments, as well as rental flats

· Ensuring cleanliness and order according to quality standards

· Changing laundry (bed linen, towels) and replenishing consumables (e.g. toilet paper, soap)

· Checking flats after check-out (reporting damages, missing items)

· Minor maintenance work (e.g. changing light bulbs, simple repairs)

· Preparing flats for new guests (check-in readiness)

· Cleaning rental flats of our tenants

• Central Switzerland / Merlischachen

· Experience in cleaning is an advantage (hotel industry, holiday flats or similar)

· Reliable, independent and careful working style

· High quality and sense of responsibility

· Time flexibility (assignments also on weekends/public holidays)
