Your tasks
- Management of property portfolio
- Organisation and supervision of interim uses
- Preparation of analyses and reports for owners and internal departments
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external service providers
- Support of construction measures / renovations
- Evaluation and determination of rental conditions
- Preparation of billing
Your profile
- Qualification as Property Manager with federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience with REM or Garaio REM is an advantage
- Customer-oriented personality with high social competence and negotiation skills
