To complement our team in our branch, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual by arrangement.

These tasks require your expertise:

• You independently manage the branch, are responsible for personnel planning, costs, and achieving company objectives
• In the comprehensive management of the branch team, you demonstrate your leadership talent, live our company values daily, and thus serve as a role model for your employees
• You advise and support our customers comprehensively and individually in the product categories of skincare, make-up, and fragrance
• Accordingly, you actively guide our customers through the consultation process and sell world-renowned cosmetic products from major brands
• If the sales process requires it, you apply make-up or conduct skin analyses
• You promote the branch’s success by implementing prescribed promotions
• You shape Marionnaud’s positive image by always acting in the company’s interest, increasing our company’s recognition, and gaining new customers
• Various administrative and organisational tasks are also your responsibility, as are typical ancillary activities in the branch (decoration, cleaning, inventories, etc.)

You confidently convince us with:

• Your art of active selling and a completed vocational training in retail
• Relevant and several years of practical experience in upscale sales as well as industry knowledge in perfumery/drugstore
• Leadership experience in a similar position
• Consistent customer orientation, conscientious beauty consultation, and strong communication skills
• Your instinct to awaken customers’ needs for our products, convince them of Marionnaud, and develop them into loyal regular customers
• A well-groomed appearance and passion for our industry as well as new trends in make-up, skincare, or fragrance
• Initiative, reliability, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
