About the job

Utilise your planning skills to successfully implement diverse new build and refurbishment projects in the residential, commercial, and public sectors and take on the professional leadership of a planning team.

Your tasks:

• Professional and technical leadership of a planning team with 12 employees
• Leadership and promotion of employees as well as strengthening their personal responsibility
• Management of demanding construction projects in SIA phases 21 to 53
• Ensuring design and technical quality as well as compliance with building law, standards, and processes
• Legally correct development of early project phases up to approval capability
• Negotiation-level communication with clients, authorities, and specialist committees
• Solution-oriented and cost-efficient coordination of specialist planners and experts
• Management of personnel resources in coordination with the site management
• Monthly project controlling and determination of appropriate measures to achieve objectives
• Participation in offers and planner contracts as well as exchange with site management and head of architecture

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree in architecture (FH/ETH). Additional training in project management is highly desirable.
• You have several years of experience in planning management, preferably in various project phases.
• You are familiar with the specifics of Swiss, especially Zurich, building law.
• You speak negotiation-level German. Good English and/or French skills are an advantage.
• You are proficient with MS Office programmes, ArchiCAD, BIM and ideally also Solibri and Adobe InDesign.
• You are a communicative and solution-oriented personality with high social competence and assertiveness.
• Experience in project organisation and project management as well as a strong cost and quality awareness complement your profile.
