Skills
- Completed commercial training; experience in healthcare or insurance preferred.
- Strong communication skills in German; other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in PC usage and MS Office.

Your Tasks
- Admission of patients in emergencies during the night (working hours 22:15 - 06:45)
- Contact person for all customers regarding professional, insurance, and system-related inquiries related to patient case management
- Answering, forwarding, and providing information on incoming calls (telephone switchboard support)
- Monitoring technical alarms as well as additional night shift specific tasks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience, ideally in the telephone and reception area in healthcare or an insurance company
- Experience in night shifts
- Good written and spoken German skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Proficient in PC use and good MS Office skills
- Independent and reliable working style
- Resilient, flexible, and eager personality as well as a well-groomed appearance
