- Manage timely payroll processing for all employees in your area.
- Handle personnel data changes and ensure smooth onboarding and exits.
- Assist employees with payroll and insurance inquiries effectively.

- Commercial diploma or relevant education; payroll experience required.
- Proficient in SAP HCM and auditing tools; strong German communication.

What you can achieve
- Professional and timely processing of the monthly payroll for all employees in your area of responsibility
- Changes to payroll-relevant personnel data as well as ensuring the administrative entry, transfer, and exit process
- Checking, calculating, recording, and controlling payroll-relevant events such as withholding tax, family allowances, etc.
- Processing accident, illness, disability, and EO cases as well as daily allowance benefits in SAP and UKA
- Advising employees and managers on personnel insurance and payroll matters
- Conducting clarifications with authorities, e.g. in connection with permits, dual citizenship cases, and social insurances
- Participation in our upcoming digitization projects and expansion of our payroll services
What you bring with you
- Federal commercial certificate, degree, or specialized further education
- Professional experience in payroll administration or social insurance area
- Experience with SAP HCM, audit tool, and UKA desired
- Good communication skills in German are required, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Accurate and reliable working style as well as high quality awareness and service orientation
- Enjoy working in a large team and flexibility for changes
