To strengthen our team in the restaurant, we are looking for a motivated and committed Pastry Chef 80% (m/f/d) at the Emmen location from 01.08.2026.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the production of patisserie products.
- You conduct sales talks and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
- You regularly check the sales stands for completeness and cleanliness.
- You successfully implement product and local concepts.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept (season etc.).
- You organise the sales areas sensibly and attractively.
- You set seasonal priorities and present the products accordingly.
- You consistently comply with the prescribed hygiene regulations.

Your profile
- You ideally have completed basic training as a pastry chef or patissierère.
- You already have professional experience in a confectionery, patisserie or in the gastronomy sector.
- You are a reliable, customer-oriented and committed person who works with great joy and enthusiasm.
- You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
- You convince with a team-oriented personality and a well-groomed appearance.
- You place great value on a careful and clean working style.
- You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
