Werner Gloor Maschinenbau AG (WGM) is a manufacturing company specialising in precision mechanics, machine and apparatus construction.
We produce complex components and parts in metal and other materials for customers in mechanical engineering, plant and apparatus construction, as well as vehicle and aircraft manufacturing.
To strengthen our team in Lengnau, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced CNC Polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma for (CAM) programming and production on HAAS CNC milling centres.
Responsibilities:
• Independent programming according to drawings on CAM systems (preferably GibbsCAM) as well as directly on the machine (HAAS CNC milling centre, 3- to 5-axis)
• Setting up and manufacturing single parts and small series on CNC milling centres (HAAS)
• Independent work based on sketches, production drawings and STEP files
Requirements:
• Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic with Federal VET Diploma
• Experience with HAAS CNC milling centres (including programming on HAAS controls)
• Experience with CAM (preferably GibbsCAM) and CAD
• Good spatial imagination and perfect blueprint reading skills
• Very good oral and written German skills
