As a Senior Financial Planner & Business Partner, you take an active role in strategic corporate management. You not only provide figures and analyses but translate financial insights into concrete decisions and ensure their implementation.
Main Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of an integrated and future-oriented resource planning model as a decision-making and control instrument for implementing the corporate strategy and optimising resource allocation
- Further development of a modern Management Information System (MIS) with clearly defined KPIs as a basis and control for strategic and operational management decisions
- Analysis and assessment of the financial impacts of organisational, resource, and investment decisions
- Integration of investment projects into financial, budget, and multi-year planning
- Evaluation of profitability, financial impacts, and risks of investment projects as well as preparation of decision-making bases for their prioritisation and implementation
- Technical leadership of finance and controlling topics within SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) projects
Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or a comparable business partner function, as well as experience in technical project leadership
- Sound knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment calculation
- Proven experience in resource and capacity planning as well as in developing and implementing corresponding control models
- Very good knowledge of SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Assertive, proactive, and at the same time team-oriented personality with high consulting competence
- Fluent German skills (C2), English skills (B2), French skills (B2)
