The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected workplaces, day structures, and training opportunities. The employees are guided, challenged, and supported at work by 190 professional staff members.
To complement our HR team, we are looking for an HR Business Partner*in starting May 1, 2026, or by agreement.

These are your tasks
As an HR Business Partner*in, you support and accompany the line managers as well as all specialists in the assigned area throughout the entire HR LifeCycle. This includes consulting as well as contact with various insurance companies and administrative tasks if needed. Together with your team consisting of another HR Business Partner and two HR assistants, you are a trusted contact and support for all employees of the St. Jakob Foundation. In addition to the HR Business Partner tasks, you will work on projects as needed. Through close cooperation with the canton, the SVA, and various offices, you will build know-how that strengthens your understanding of the social insurance system.
What you bring
- Completed training as an HR specialist
- Completed commercial training (Kauffrau*mann EFZ) is an advantage
- Business management thinking and acting
- Enjoyment of process optimization, project work, and lots of human contact
- Team player, flexible, humorous, service-oriented, and very independent
- Good user knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Impeccable reputation
