About the job

• Establishment, organisation and further development of the maintenance department in a two-shift operation
• Disciplinary and professional leadership of maintenance staff
• Development of a structured preventive maintenance system
• Planning and coordination of servicing, repairs and on-call duties
• Active participation in troubleshooting and technical problems on production equipment
• Analysis of weaknesses and implementation of sustainable improvement measures
• Optimisation of equipment availability and reduction of downtime
• Establishment and maintenance of spare parts management, machine master data and technical documentation
• Responsibility for technical infrastructure and building maintenance
• Coordination and commissioning of external companies for maintenance and repair work
• Close cooperation with other departments on site and at the corporate headquarters
• Central contact person for technical questions at the Gretzenbach site
