Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Lead and motivate a construction site team of two to four people
- Independently implement new garden installations and redesigns based on plans and quotations
- Ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and occupational safety on the construction site
- Deploy personnel, materials, and machinery as needed and cost-efficiently
- Provide professional guidance and support to employees and trainees
- Advise customers expertly on site and diligently maintain reporting
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener with a focus on garden and landscape construction
- Several years of practical experience in garden and landscape construction including new installations and redesigns
- Confident handling of construction plans and technical drawing as well as solution-oriented thinking
- Knowledge of handling machinery and excavators is an advantage
- Independent, reliable working style combined with a strong quality and customer awareness
