Operations Electrician (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation and technical availability of electrotechnical production and infrastructure systems

  • Independent analysis of electrical faults and targeted implementation of repair and maintenance measures

  • Management and needs-based organisation of spare parts and technical components

  • Electrical support during the installation and commissioning of new machines and systems

  • Coordination and professional supervision of external service technicians and specialists

  • Execution and support of electrical installations, modifications, and expansions within the company

  • Further development of existing control and automation solutions


Qualifications:

  • Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an automation technician, electromechanic, or certified electrical installer EFZ

  • Professional experience in an industrial electrical, automation, or maintenance environment

  • Interest in professional development in the areas of drive technology, control technology, and PLC

  • Connection permit NIV Art. 13 or NIV Art. 15 is an advantage

  • Strong technical understanding and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
