For a modern long-term care institution, we are seeking a committed leader with strategic and business management thinking as Head of Nursing & Care and member of the executive board.

Your tasks

• Professional, personnel and organisational management of the Nursing & Care department
• Ensuring and further developing a high quality of nursing and care
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees
• Responsibility for the economical use of personnel and material resources
• Main responsibility for the nursing process as well as RAI/LTCF
• Strategic and conceptual further development of the department
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners
• Responsibility for admission enquiries, home visits and deployment planning of the activation team
• Active participation as a member of the executive board

Your profile

• Diploma in nursing HF/FH
• Leadership training and several years of leadership experience
• Sound knowledge in gerontology, palliative care and RAI LTCF
• Very good strategic and business management knowledge
• Entrepreneurial, networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong social and leadership skills
• Responsible, resilient, flexible and empathetic
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
